FROM FHN, FREEPORT:

FREEPORT — Each child has different capabilities, and all parents want their children to reach their full potential. FHN’s pediatric rehabilitation specialists can help children with issues ranging from chronic conditions to developmental challenges, attention deficit deficiency disorder and autism spectrum disorders.

If you think your child may benefit from working with FHN’s team of pediatric rehabilitation specialists, please bring him or her to a free screening from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 28 at FHN Memorial Hospital, 1045 W. Stephenson Street in Freeport.

“The members of our team support and encourage children in their development from infancy through adolescence,” says Karen Christen, FHN director of rehabilitation services. “We work with each child’s family and other medical, educational, developmental and rehabilitation specialists.”

No registration is required to attend the free screening. Attendees should enter through the main (east) entrance and follow the signs to the hospital’s pediatric gym. For more information, visit www.fhn.org or call toll-free 1-877-6000-FHN (1-877-600-0346) ext. 975.
